Back to School Coffee

The Ivy PTO invites new and returning parents to join us for an informal chance to gather with Mrs. Underwood and Mrs. Morris. Please stop by for coffee on Tuesday, September 10th in front of Ivy ES from 8:00-9:00am. We hope to see you there!

Do you love Ivy PTO events like Flick on the Field, Fall Fun Fair, Kids' Market and more? We do too! The PTO Events team has begun planning these fantastic events and more for the upcoming school year. We're happy to announce the dates for the following events. Check out our Events page to learn more about each event.
Flick on the Field Movie Night - Friday, September 20

Silent Auction Recap
/The Silent Auction was a HUGE Success!
What an incredible party on Friday night! Beautiful weather, a great band (with John D'earth on the trumpet!), terrific food and drinks, and a spectacular silent auction. We had so much fun and raised over $20,000 for the Ivy PTO, all of which will be reinvested in our wonderful school!
5 Things to Know about the Spring Auction (aka Dad's Gone Wild!)
/1. The event will be at Meriwether Springs Vineyard (1040 Owensville Road, 22901) on Friday, March 15, 6:00-9:00 PM.
2. For ALL Ivy parents and guardians (not just dads!). Admission is free! Casual attire, ***But if you have more fun wearing a costume (me too), we encourage you to wear your favorite. Prize for the best costume!
3. Adults only and we’ve coordinated with Camp4Real to offer a Kids Night Out event for childcare at Ivy from 5:30-9:30 PM (find details and registration HERE).
4. You can purchase food and drinks on-site. No purchase necessary to attend.
5. We’ll have fun and games (Cornhole! Pop-a Shot basketball!), live music, and an amazing silent auction. Check out the silent auction prize list HERE.
ABOUT THAT PRIZE LIST...: 123 fantastic prizes, from a UVA football fan experience, to overnight stays and special spa packages, and so much more. Browse the list HERE and get ready to bid at the auction! All proceeds benefit the Ivy PTO and are reinvested in our school.
