Volunteering: We will need help in many, many ways to pull off this big event! Sign up HERE to volunteer for a short shift during the event to make the magic of the Fun Fair come alive!
Pumpkin Decorating: Each student is invited to enter a pumpkin in the Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Voting occurs during the Fall Fun Fair and a winner is announced for each grade. See Flyer for more details.
Games: We have planned an action-packed evening of games and activities. Game tickets are used to “pay” for each activity at Fun Fair. Most classroom games are 1-2 tickets. Special larger activities are 3-5 tickets. There will be 25+ activities offered.
Food: We will have Pizza available by-the-slice ($2/slice) for cash/credit at the event. We are not offering pre-order pizza for Fall Fun Fair. We will also offer a Taco Truck, Sweet Shoppe and Italian Ice, all of which are cash/credit at the event. Sign up HERE to contribute a confection to the Sweet Shoppe!
Ordering Online: You can pre-purchase VIP Parking Passes and Game Tickets online (order below). Game tickets can be also purchased at the event.
Parking fills up quickly. You can purchase VIP Parking Passes to reserve a VIP parking spot in the front circle.
Game Tickets can be purchased online or on-site at the Fun Fair. We recommend pre-ordering tickets online to avoid the ticket line at the event. We offer a 20% discount when you pre-order 50+ tickets through October 17! Tickets purchased after October 17 are $.50/ticket regardless of quantity purchased. More details on tickets are found below.
Details
Tickets will be redeemable for games and activities only. Food (pizza-by-the-slice, taco truck, sweet shoppe and Italian ice) will be available at the event for cash/credit card purchase only.
ALL advance ticket sales and VIP parking passes purchased by October 17 will be sent home in your child’s backpack on Thursday, October 23.
If you are purchasing Game Tickets or VIP Parking Passes after October 17, you will need to bring your proof of purchase confirmation email to pick up your tickets and/or parking pass at the Fair.Purchase is not complete until payment has been made. You should receive an email confirming your registration at the completion of the process. If you are purchasing tickets after October 17, bring this confirmation email to pick up your tickets at the Fair.
